Processing Time

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:

- Delivery location
- Shipping method selected
Exact shipping charges will be communicated when you place your order via WhatsApp. For bulk/wholesale orders, we offer competitive shipping rates and may provide free shipping above certain order values.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.
Delivery Instructions
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
- Verify the package condition before signing for delivery.
- For large orders, we may require prior confirmation of delivery timing.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept the package:
- The courier will attempt delivery again within 24-48 hours.
- After multiple failed attempts, the package will be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges may apply for returned packages.
Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept delivery or note the damage when signing. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. Refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
